History :

We are a renowned company that was established in the year 1961 by Late Shri Gangabisenji Bajaj and now is being run under the headship of his son Shri Hargovind Bajaj. The company has a vast experience for providing products in many industries like cotton, plastics, engineering, etc. We are a pioneer of double roller cotton ginning technology with maximum market share. With only one factory at Imambada Nagpur at the time of commencement, we now possess four factories. We have recently entered into the collaboration with Eagle Corporation, USA, to manufacture rotobar gin, saw gin, etc. in India.
